Job Overview
The Hospitality Procurement Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring that our Grand Baie properties are equipped with the best possible resources, from premium food and beverage supplies to luxury linens and essential operational equipment. This role involves strategic sourcing, vendor negotiation, and rigorous quality control to ensure that every item used in our hotels meets the high standards expected by our international clientele. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on the quality that defines the Accor brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and vet high-quality suppliers that meet the luxury standards of Accor Hotels.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to achieve optimal cost savings.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with department heads to ensure timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular audits of supplier performance and quality of delivered goods.
- Manage procurement budgets and provide monthly reports on savings and expenditure.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with local Mauritian laws and international sustainability standards.

Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 45,000 SSP to 65,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications.
