Job Overview
The Manufacturing Quality Assurance Engineer will play a pivotal role in safeguarding product integrity throughout the production lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

- Analyze defect trends, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

- Prepare detailed quality reports, dashboards, and documentation for senior management review.
- Train and coach production staff on best practices in quality control and continuous improvement.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (Minitab, JMP) and data visualization techniques.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities with a focus on root‑cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
- Effective communication skills for interfacing with cross‑functional teams and external suppliers.
- Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies such as CNC machining, robotics, and automated inspection systems.

Education
