Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Metallurgical Engineer to lead our process optimization and material characterization initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our production processes meet the most stringent international standards for high-performance alloys. You will be responsible for overseeing complex smelting and refining processes, analyzing chemical compositions, and implementing advanced metallurgical techniques to enhance product quality. This position requires a deep understanding of phase transformations, heat treatments, and mechanical properties of specialized metals. As a senior member of the technical team, you will drive continuous improvement projects that reduce waste and increase energy efficiency, contributing directly to our sustainability goals and operational excellence in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and optimization of metallurgical processes for high-performance alloys.
  • Conduct advanced material characterization using SEM, XRD, and other sophisticated analytical tools.
