Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify emerging real estate trends in Mauritius.
  • Develop detailed financial models, including cash flow projections, IRR, and NPV calculations for prospective developments.
  • Prepare investment memoranda and presentation decks for senior leadership and external investors.
  • Coordinate due diligence activities, including legal, environmental, and regulatory compliance checks.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project feasibility and alignment with sustainability standards.
  • Monitor ongoing projects, track performance against budgets, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of development opportunities and update the CRM system regularly.
  • Support the negotiation of land acquisition and joint‑venture agreements.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

Education

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Urban Planning, or a related discipline is required. A Master’s degree or professional certifications such as RICS or CFA are highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.

Experience
